Pathetic and unfair policy and service

If I could give this company a disappointed in my life. Took my car to one of their dealers that are on their panel. They didn't even do my diagnostics right. Gave me an estimate of R4000 (and that amount was thumb sucked) , then said they don't know what the problem is with my car and said I must take the car somewhere else. I took the car to another dealer who managed to find the problem. Quoted about R30000 LESS. Got phoned on Friday, I need to move my car to one of their dealers. Told them my experience, they didn't care. Said they have more than one dealer.... Said to them so they expect me to move my car and pay for another diagnostics test, for what, just to be told they don't know what the problem is. So now they aren't going to assist with paying, they just want to rob people of their well earned money. This is an absolute disgrace. You should be allowed to take the car to a place YOU can trust, not whoever THEY chose.
