Outsourced fly by night call centres to **** us !

18 March i was offered a small scratch & dent warranty by Sizwe Mweli from SA warranties for R30 a month which i accepted. in june i tried to claim for a scratch and i was told only Sizwe can assist me. after struggling for a month i finaly got hold of him via Email and told him i need to claim & he then sent me on a wild goose chase around the country to panel beaters for quotes and pictures etc which i was not willing to do for such a small scratch. i then requested he cancel this Policy and he ignored me. i then called SA Warranties and they informed me that i can cancel however the money was taken upfront from my finance account, who gave these ******* authority to do that coz i was told it would be debited monthly on a recorded call ? Thabiso Segale then told me that Sizwe works for Innovation and is outsorced by their companyand does not work there. he then told me to fill in a cancelation form which i did and he informed me that a full refund would be done to MFC of R3400. yestrday i received a EMail from Mpumelelo lungelo saying they will only refund R1331 who then said will speak to their manager and sort it out by end of business yesterday which never happened ! ******
