Obstructive and poor service

I have a scratch and dent policy and I am having problems getting the company to process and honour my claims. The company now actively looks for reasons to reject claims. They are obstructive by asking for endless photos. M-sure was not like this in the past as I have had such policies for more than 10 years. The service is pathetic to say the least. Policy wording is given meanings that boggle the mind. My advice to other people is that they find another company for such cover. M-Sure needs to get its house in order.
