Not happy with Msure.

I am still not getting anywhere you guys are just finding all sorts of reasons to decline my claim. It’s nice when you are collecting money every month and when it time to claim you come up with all useless reason. I have been calling the and requesting to speak to Sipho Tivane and I was told that I he was going to call me back. I wasted my airtime, time and energy on nothing. I learned the hard way and I would like to advise anyone who wants to take up a dent and scratch policy with Msure not to because they will never assist you. A claim for scratch and dents was submitted but you guys are just looking at the scratch and not the dents. I was told that Sipho Tivane is going to call me but guess what he never did. I alphabets been a client with MSURE since from the year 2014 and all my vehicle extended warranties has always been with you. I guess this is the time I start looking for another service provider. Pathetic service from you guys.
