Not happy at All. AA Roadside was the best

I logged a call back and sent a mail this morning for a call back and no one bothered to call, i did not have airtime my car needed petrol so i can go to the petrol station to fill up.. I managed to call them and i was told that since the car and me are at a safe place they cannot help me, last year i was assisted at work why the heck can't i get help if I'm at a place of residency... I don't even stay here the car was here since Dec as i have another car i use daily.

AA Roadside offered a call me back option if their members are stranded and they will call back within 2 minutes guaranteed I wanted to extend this warranty and join other covers with M.sure i wont bother ya'll can keep your business I'll go somewhere else.
