NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

<p>We got broken down 450km from home, at night with game meat on the bakkie in a very dangerous area. ( Not to mention the bakkie got broken down becuase the mechanic did a poor job and the warranty guy DID NOT CHECK!) We phoned our RMI company that did work on our bakkie and they did not pick up so we organised another tow in service just to get us home. </p> <p>The next morning when we phoned the RMI guy to come pick up our vechicle we waited 2 days so we then organized a tow in.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been without income for 2 months because of the bakkie standing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they don't want to pay the tow in bill because it was not RMI and we had to wait till morning to phone someone to pick us up that was RMI. It WAS DANGEROUS and we stood a chance to lose R 30000 in value in the meat. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly dissapointed in the service!!! NONE OF MY FLEET WILL EVER BE BOOKED FOR ANOTHER WARRANTY FROM YOU!!</p>
