Not happy

Everytime I want to bring my car to get a full service and to be fixed electronically because I've been paying for warranty I would be told that I'm behind for a month while im being deducted monthly its a second year now and i ended up reversing my money,and at that time im not aware i dont even get a reminder that im behind and i need to settle amount so that I can get help.
