NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

YHU!!!!!!!!!! the worst service EVER!!!!!!!! I took up a warranty plan with them 2 years ago and never claimed. I was contacted to do a renewal for another 2 years. I sent in my car for a service at VW Tavcor and I was told of an issue with the gearbox. Upon claiming from M-Sure, I had difficulty getting hold of them over the phone. I don't know why they claim to have a customer service dept. It is useless. The phone rings the whole day. I wasted my airtime that will not be reimbursed. I am extremely disappointed as a client claiming for the first time. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!
