Non Existent Service

I have called your company 6 times now and each time the call drops, either initially or while im waiting to be transfered., I have put in a request on the website to please contact me last week and have left my details. I still have not been contacted. My claim number is MS553941C. Will someone please call me as it is now 8 days and I don't know what else to do. I have already seeked legal advice and do not want to go that route but it seems like i may have no other option.
