No Service from Provider

Our motor vehicle has been in the workshop since the 11th October 2017 while we sit and try and get SA Warranties to even go out and assess the vehicle. They ignore emails and when they do send you one they ask for details that are irrelevant, then they just stop answering you when they know they have sent you emails containing false information. I was promised after much waiting and waiting that an assessor would go out on Monday (this is on the email from them) today is Thursday and still nothing. I wonder how the director of this company would like to spend 22 days without transport. I don't know what to do now I am completely stumped.
