No response on cancellation requests
I have been trying to cancel my policy since the 14th of Aug, and tried all their email addresses (customer-care, complaints and claims, and also their "contact us" link from their website. They simply don't respond. That is lowsy. Debit order date is approaching. I'm not happy.
