NO RESPONSE!!!!!
We are a merchant and our client has been waiting for his vehicle. we are waiting for a claim authorization for 2 days and still no response, i have emailed to various consultants. my call time is well over 3hours with no solution. we were asked to send photos of damaged parts, car is stripped and standing. a job that would take 1.5 days is now headed for a week, possibly longer due to this companies pathetic service.
