No Reply when you need mother financial services

Worst service ever all they know is taking premiums every month, when you need help they are no where to be found . I need to service my car but they aren't responding . I've been calling their numbers for a whole week till now I haven't got help from them or their call. I'm really disappointed. I'm driving a car daily soon I will reach their grace 1000km's which means I will have to cancel this service plan and service a car on my own . What a waste of my time and money being with mother financial service
