No refunds and unauthorized debits

I canceled a warranty booster on the 9th of September 2019, I got confirmation from Cara Kruger that the policy was canceled, but MFC Still charges me for the policy. They claim that M-sure did not refund them, so I will have to continue paying for something I am not covered for. to make matters worse m-sure debited my account whereas I don't have an active policy with them.
