No feedback

All started well until recently. My claim was declined by MSure for coil replacement citing that they to do not cover modified cars and that I can lodge a complain if I am not happy with the outcome.

I have logged a query immediately upon receiving the repudiation letter, and up to this day I have yet to receive a response. So I assume that my policy is no longer in place due to the silent treatment received.

Can someone contact me an advise on why my account was debited if the so called modified car is not covered. #WIN
