No feedback after months!!!

<p>I purchased a vehicle in March 2015 and I was obligated to take out a service warranty which i assumed was sorted out by the person assisting with the sale. In 2016 i had (and still have) a problem with the car and when the dealership contacted SA Warranties they could not pick me up on their system, I then contacted the lady who was assisting with the sale of the vehicle and she confirmed that the payment was made and even sent confirmation. However it has now been 6 months and i have STILL NOT HEARD anything from SA Warranties. Also this warranty apparently expires next month and i am telling whoever reads this now that MY CAR WILL BE FIXED OR I WILL BE REFUNDED as i have heard absolutely NOTHING regarding my query and this is not my fault!!!!!!!!!</p>
