A created a review on HelloPeter on the 8th of December. They responded on the 11th of December with the same default message of they valuing my feedback and will investigate and respond. Still haven't heard anything from them.
This was regarding my previous complaint with a rejected claim for faulty fuel injectors.
As a note. I will not stop logging 1 star complaints until I have received proper service from SA Warranties. I've logged this case with the Ombudsman as well. How do you guys run a service?
