No Documents Provided/Line Keeps Ringing

Last year in October, I took Platinum Warranty Booster cover with SA Warranties. The gentleman on the other side ensured me that I would be sent documentation within 30 days and I remember insisting that everytime Im told that, the documents are never sent.

At the beginning of the year, I had to replace my windscreen but because I did not have any documentation, I did not realise that I am covered for windscreen excess and paid that money out of my own pocket when I actually pay every month to ensure that I can make use of the benefits I pay for.

Today I called SAWarranties and a woman picked up. I explained to her my situation and that I am paying out of my pocket for things I am covered for as now I am faced with a situation where i have to replace my audio system. I explained that it is not fair that I end up paying out of my pocket because the information has not been provided to me yet I pay every month. She insisted that my documents were sent in October 2016, bt when I check my emails there is nothing from SA Warranties so she "reforwarded" them to me.

The line cut and I called back twice and no one is answering the line. What kind of service is that?

I now see that the excess I paid in January to replace my windscreen could have been covered by SAWarranties and that they can also cover my current audio system situation.

This is unacceptable to have clients paying every month without providing them with full documentation as to what they are covered for!!!
