NO Documentation
<p>On 10 November 2016 my vehicle finace account was debited with an amount for the VAP WARRANTY policy. </p> <p> </p> <p>TO DATA I have not received ANY correspondence or documentation. At the time I agreed to the policy I was told that the document will be emailed to me, but NEVER happened!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable!!!!!</p>
