No customer service
I lodged a claim for 1damaged tyre to the above company three weeks ago, I was made to drive to tyre outlets for inspection, which I did. Claim submitted with pictures of damage of all tyres , two weeks has lapsed -no resolution on my claim. One week I am told the agent is off sick, they cannot access picture etc etc.
