NO COMMUNICATION FROM MSURE

Good day. My vehicle was written off a week ago. Since, I have been emailing you guys about cancelling my warranty and let me know my refund amount. To date NO ONE has come back to me.. I then called in yesterday and dealt with a rude lady who was not helpful and just said they busy with my request. Can you not at least update a person and supply info? This has just shown me that it would be pointless taking another warranty from Msure as this communication is non existent.

Please can someone actually call me and assist me with my query.. Maybe because its a refund, maybe it would be different if the refund was for you.
