No authorisation provided
I got an email today stating that my claim has been authorised, without my permission !!!. I purchased a vehicle from Imperial Select in Edenvale and returned it to them for repairs within 30 days of collection of the vehicle, and they put forward a claim to the value of R3000 to SA Warranties. Firstly, you cannot pay this money without authorisation from me, and secondly, the vehicle is supposed to be repaired at Imperial Select's own expense since I returned it to them within the 30 day period, which is my right, according to the Consumer Act.I contacted Thabiso at 13h00 today, and he stated to me telephonically that he will place a block on this claim and forward me proof of this, which I have as of yet not received. I also sent an email to your [Email Removed] website, explaining my case at 13h12 today.
