No Assistance from my insuarance

Only if you can support me as a customer unlike running around to gather evidence of having supporting document to attest that I did not know that I had mechanical warranty cover with you guys, also in your system i did not sign any contract and coming back to you make you aware still I am not winning. No parts have with me because I did not know that I had a policy with M-SURE. I did call the dealership where I took my car for repairer and they telling me that the job card is closed and there is nothing they can assist me with. All I have with me is an invoice and a paid receipt paid out of my pocket. Now really I am stuck and the premium went to waste just like that in tough times like this.
