no answer call centre

My Audi blew a head gasket, car was towed into Audi Pretoria, it took a month to repair because SA Warranties were very slow in getting the claim sorted out. I had to hire a car for a month and they only pay for 5 days. I drove the car for 1 day and it broke down again. The car was towed back to Audi Pretoria. They gave me a loan car for a month already but now they want their car back. so now for over a month SA Warranties has still not settled the claim and no work has been done on my car as yet. You cannot get hold of anyone at SA Warranties, even the workshop guys at Audi Pretoria said they waited for 46 minutes before being answered to from someone at SA Warranties. I have tried three times today and everytime I reach 5 minutes of holding on I eventually put the phone down.
