My experience with M-sure was Bad.....am frustrated

Experience with my claim on the repairs for my cars bad. I urgently fixed my bakkie for parts that are covered. thereafter, when I submitted a claim from accredited vehicle repairer, my claim was rejected and have paid a lot of money. I am frustrated. I never missed any payments, but now I am punished for that. I am trying to shop around for a warranty that will understand that refunds are neccesary if repaird were done from approved vehicle repairer and there are evidence. So much disappointed.
