My experience with m-sure has been absolutely terrible

My experience with m-sure has been absolutely terrible. When the product was sold to I was guaranteed happiness and simple claims process. Instead int tyre and rim got damaged on th 19 of November and yet no one is calling me to update me. I have responding to the emails but no one is calling me back. It’s been 8 months this company has caused pain, sleepless nights and not being able to travel long distances. I very disheartened by everything. I nothing has been done as yet and no compensation none whatsoever!!!!! Terrible at service delivery!!!!
