MSURE Total rip-off

Msure is a total *******!!! I paid R7000 upfront for motor warranty insurance. Which was by the way only for 2 years. So this calculated to almost R300 per month. This is my last month of cover and first time claiming over the 2 year period. And they don't cover fully for the repair/replacement of my starter. Of the R7000 I paid they only want to cover R4000 for my starter. And the repair dealers that is msure approved are so expensive! So now it's expected of me to pay R5000 because the total job cost is R9000(this was at renault). Why can't they use/approve cheaper repair shops, of they know their cover is so little?

I am so upset with msure!!!!
