M'Sure? Oh no! Definitely NOT!!!

M'Sure is a standard insurance given to most clients when purchasing a car. I think M'Sure knows exactly how to **** people out of their hard earned and paid in full money. When M'Sure was asked to sort out a water pipe that broke after 4 months of driving a car, they refused to help their client. According to them, they only cover the "cooling system" and not a "pipe". As far as my knowledge concerns, a pipe is not hanging loose in a car. All pipes are connected to something and forms part of a system as it is CONNECTED. So we had to pay for the damages of a pipe and cancel M'Sure who is already paid 2 years in advance. What a joke! Car dealers must inform their clients beforehand of these type of devious technicality. We are living in a world where people gets ********** every chance there is an opportunity. Its ridiculous! You are paid to render a service. Not to get paid in full and NOT deliver! Really NOT impressed with this company. Both my partner has insurance with them, but no one wants to be insured with technical ****s.
