Msure misleading

I called msure to check my benefit under my profile for my ford figo , I was told I had unlimited cover , I proceeded to ask the guy Kurt to send me the policy documents , whilst on the calm he had difficulty sending the email . I further asked him i have unlimited cover why is it that the policy is not covering the warranty claim submitted he then said he had issues with his computer . He could not answer me Straight away and kept on apologizing. I told him I have 3 vehicles under a cover for m sure , I proceeded to tell him he should go and look at all my information and get back.Further more I received and email stating that Msure is covering me for R40000 under my warranty policy now I'm confused why I have numerous mislead information from multiple people and no one wants to take account for this
