MSURE /LIQUID CAPITAL ....WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

The worst experience encountered !!!! or encountering !!!!

Note we all take extended warranties with a top up so if we have unforeseen circumstances , this will cover us correct ?

not in my case , I have M sure for some time now and they underwritten by Liquid Capital . When I first took out the policy it was more than a year back I had issues with the initial agent who sold the policy to me, the debits where coming off but the policy was never active and when we found out 7 months later when i was checking if all my covers etc was in place . When confronted them they advised they would refund the debits and restart policy and no waiting period, so i was very happy and taking in my I did mention to them that I will escalate this further to the Ombudsman or Hello peter and naturally all was sorted and I didnot have time thereafter .

Earlier this year i Changed my coolant bottle was leaking and when i went to Ford they quoted me and M sure again we went back and forth with quote nd eventually when i told them i don't have monies to pay they discounted me and Ford did the same, so the quoted amount can match to the actual approved amount. In the same breathe I told M sure should unforseen issues arise again , I hope and pray i don't have to struggle like this and guess what i'm even in a worst off situation

3 weeks ago I felt as though my cluth is slipping etc so pro actively i took it to a ford dealer . Ford took about a week to get back to me and they sent the quote to Msure which amounted around R34 000 now M SURE only approved around R8000 and Ford now wants me to pay the balance or take it eslsewhere and then pay for stripping the vehicle around R4300 and assembling it again around R4200 , these amounts needs to be aid by me.'

Now I explained to FORD they kept my car for more than a week without work being done but now if i'm in a situation they are putting a timeframe and wants me to pay with my own monies to !!!

Now one of the supervisors at M sure wants me to write an email and complain , im advising him i dont have time for that and i just need my car to be fixed and still advising them i appreciate the help

I need someone who cares from MSURE TO CALL ME THANKS IM also talking for all the clients that are quiet and dont know the policy etc.

Guys do not take insurrances that will mess you around .....
