Msure insurance platinum booster warranty wast off money

Last year I made a clam from msure platinum booster warranty for a glass replacement done from kingprice insurance and then because in the benefits table it says they will refund you your excess you pay for and replacement off glass I emailed them they said u must email them so many documents whice I did well **** all respond and allso I replaced my old battery allso that was not refunded after a so long I emailed complaint department they do cover and refunded but still after one year off emailing back and forward like a donkey I think time to boom bang bang bang them with legal action
