Msure finds reason not to pay

Be careful when you take out your policy with Msure. They conduct the business in such a way that they will use the smallest technicality not to pay your claim. I fixed my car at my own cost, broke down on a Friday and was immovable. So I fixed it thinking I had good insurance. Submitted the claim the next week and got the news. No sir, we are not paying because you did not get authorization. Sorry I did not know I need that, but what difference would that have made? This does not change the fact that the car needed the repair and the repair amount is way under the specified amount in the policy and I deemed it an emergency as the car was immovable. But no they stick with the technically.

They were so kind to send me the phone recording were the sales consultant rumbled the authorization part off during our call. Any reasonable person would understand how I missed that during the call.

Just know that when you sign up. They will take your money and look for excuses when you need them!!

This was a first for me, my good experiences with insurance companies came to an end with MSure.
