Msure doesn't want to process claim

Msure is the worst company ever. I took out a warranty policy with them 3 years ago. Not one policy document was sent to me, when I enquired as I needed to claim. It was mentioned by Cindy smith in client services and Cleo in claims that there's no email address on file. When I wanted to register a claim I was advised by the rude and arragant Cleo that I am not covered. I called several times asking to speak to a manager and no answer. Website doesn't even give a complaints process. I will be taking the matter to the ombudsman.
