When you call in you hear a different story all the time.my car was giving me clutch problems I called Msure since I have a warranty cover with them.i asked if they will cover me for clutch replacement. They advise they will. that I should take my car to Kia.when I finally took my car to Kia they rejected my claim stating they do not cover clutch replacements .when I called back to ask why they rejecting my claim they Dan said because they were under the impression that I will be covered by the manufacturer and that I need to activate my cover with them.this people are so unprofessional and they will do anything to make sure they do not pay the claim.

Saying you can not see that I have called .well I have requested from our IT department and they gave it to me which I will be forwarding to you.i called on 19 june 2019 number *** for 21minutes and 41 seconds at 12h07 PM clearly I was not speaking alone.the very same day I called at 3h38 to the very same number for 18minuntes 19seconds that's when they confirmed they will cover
