MSURE CIRCUS

Everytime I have to submit a claim with MSURE I have to do a myriad of things and short of drawing blood samples. I have to encounter Lebogang everytime who is happy to decline my claim with valid reason. Today I called and asked for the complaints department. Complaints department sends me back to the wall I can't through then assures their supervisor will contact me. This was 13:00 today. Nothing has happened
