MSURE BAD SERVICE
I currently have a shortfall claim with MSure and they advised me 7 working days fir the claim to be finalized, it's now day 10 and the claim is sitting with management for approval and no one there can give an eta of how long management takes to approve a claim.Very disappointed in the service MSure gives there customers.
