I have been a loyal client of your company for several years, and recently, I received a reminder via email about my coverage with your company. This prompted me to submit a claim for a repair I paid out of pocket for my vehicle. I diligently provided all the required documentation to support my claim.

To my surprise and disappointment, I was informed that my claim has been denied. This news is particularly distressing as I have faithfully maintained my monthly payments without fail.
