Motor warranty Cover

This company I have a Motor warranty cover with them for a period of two years, the third year I put in a claim and the necessary steps followed. Only to find out that I was sent the wrong policy documents(policy wording) according to them. They immediately sent me a new Policy Document which is similar to the one I had but with additional wording which I don't have to the initial policy document. This does not convince me that they have made a mistake from the beginning or if they made a mistake who suppose to be responsible for their mistake in this Matter, please? They dont want take any kind of responsibility at all.
