Motor Happy/M-Sure worst service providers. Save your money and your time!

I signed up for a maintenance plan late last year with Motor Happy. Sent in all the relevant documents they needed. Was meant to get policy documents within two days so I could read through their T&Cs. It didn't come, so I assumed they didn't process my plan. Come month end, I debit order goes through referenced as M-Sure. I've been trying to cancel this policy with Motor Happy and get my refund however I'm still waiting to hear when they'll do that. I've sent two emails asking for details- no respond. Worst service ever!
