Most disgusting insurance in the world

I had my claim rejected by one of their technician. I forwarded my email communications between the technian and myself to their head office at ********** they promise to reply within 8 working days. Since my last communication with them via email from the 23 November 2017 until today. I have not received a case number or claim number, nor any-form of communication whatsoever. My car is stuck at cargo motors for almost 4 weeks waiting for their approval of the claim and nothing is happening in this regard. i do not think these people deserve to operate this business in S.A at all. They are ****s and they don't want to approve our claims. I am very disappointed. I will never advise anyone to take SA Warranties cover. Its very bad!!!
