misrepresantation

submitted a claim for windscreen in 2001 and never got my claim resolved. today called client services and only today was informed that the claim will be repudiated anyway as you only refund for access paid after claiming from insurance .

I paid R1230.00 and replaced the ****screen myself as the insurance access at the time with miway was R7000 . there was no way i was going to pay R7000 so i can claim for R1000 .

before submitting claim i was told that i only need to send invoice as the proff of payment i was never told to claim from my insurance even at sales stage this was not told to me
