Misleading clauses - CV's

I booked my car in at an RMI approved mechanic. My CV's were making a terrible noise and they needed to be fixed. A claim was made to SAWARRANTIES and was rejected. The reason being that the CV boot Covers were broken, torn and as a result the greased leaked out which in turn damaged my CV's. So here is my frustration, the book clearly says CV's are covered. CV Boot Covers are not covered. That's it, with no further explanation or terms explained. CV Boot Covers are not covered. To me this means that in the event that the Boot Covers are damaged or broken, I will need to fork out for replacements and not SAWARRANTIES. Now SAWARRANTIES REFUSES TO COVER FOR MY CV joints repair!!! The clause is very vague, and not very descriptive. I asked the consultant Repeatedly if the Bumper to Bumber book explains in detail what the clause means. He just keeps repeating himself and refuses to acknowledge that the book does not go into detail as to what "CV Boot Covers are not Covered" actually means. I have a bill of R4600.00 that SAWARRANTIES refuses to cover! The clause is very vague, non descriptive and does not go into detail. This is deceptive and unacceptable! I expect SAWARRANTIES to cover my claim! I would not have known that my CV's are damaged or broken had I not heard the "knocks" when making a turn. Which means by then already, my Boot Covers had been damaged and broken. Resulting in my CVs being damaged. My car was in for a service prior to this and I was not informed that the boot coveres needed to be replaced. I expect this to be resolved asap. I been paying SAWARRANTIES for about 3 years now! I expect my money to work for me and not just for SAWARRANTIES to milk me and not give the service that is due to me!
