Mislead

So my clutch is worn out , Take to Audi Santon they contact SA Warranties and instruct them to get permission from me to pull out the gearbox at R9000.00 which I approve with the confidence that I am covered with Warranties they will pay , assessor sends a report that indeed its worn out , a claim is submitted with SA Warranties and THEN ONLY THEY INFORM AUDI THAT THEY ONLY PAY UP TO R3800 FOR A FLYWHEEL AND WILL ONLY PAY 50% .... WHY was this information not offered upfront so that i can take my car else where and not even bother you guys with claims ???
