M-sure/MotorHappy is a **** INSURANCE

M-sure warranty plan is a ****. My car broke down last week due to mechatronic and I submitted a claim the workshop/repairer. This is the second time I had the same issue in the past 4 years.

Previously they paid for because I took it AUDI but now I took it an RMI approved workshop. Guess what??? The so-called M-sure/MotorHappy now claim that it was mistake the previous claim and on the second one they say they will pay management services which is 10% of the actual quote. Now I have to pay R20000 out my own pocket.

My advise to everyone is that join M-sure/Motor Happy AT YOUR RISK!!! You will not get your claim paid!!!
