M sure/liquid capital ******

I purchased an extended warranty along with my car and the bill for this was financed. 5 years down the line, the original warranty of my car expires Jan 2019, liquid capital/m sure commenced my policy 2018 Jan before the original warranty of my car expired. I have tried to resolve this. I have sent through the proof they require but still no change. I am getting frustrated. It is worse that they never answer calls.
