M-sure working hard at not honouring a bumper to bumper policy.

I tried claiming for a boost pressure pipe last week only to get told this is not covered even though I have a bumper to bumper cover. Clearly M-sure should take a basic class in English because they don't even understand they own policy name. These people work harder at finding excused then honoring their policy's. Please M-sure rename your policy from "Bumper to Bumper" to "Excuse to Excuse".
