M-Sure with the most Shocking Bad Service!!

I have had vehicle engine problem and my vehicle was in at the Dealer for warranty repair. Time and time again M-Sure does what they do best: Give poor service. Finding ways to prolong the claim process. finding ways to not pay the full amount quoted by the dealer. And poor service when it comes to giving feedback to client. Dealer has supp**** a quote and submitted the quote by 11 January. Its 12 February and still no feedback not outcome and continues delay on paying for the claim... I have been without my car since its been at the dealership in December 2024. Still no feedback... stil no help form my extended insurance company... where the client is not important. The repairs on my vehicle has not even started... they still finding ways not to pay for the claim... still no feedback... and then the next thing comes where they want more documents... and then we send them... then they want this... and that... but still nothing gets done... no urgency, no help with a vehicle... nothing...
