M-Sure Warranty Service provider not reliable

In 2020 I was contacted to enter into a an agreement with M-Sure for warranty claims. I was informed that my policy will be active from first payment received. I also reviewed my policy documents and this followed the information which was provided to me in my call. However when I contacted the claims department I was informed that there is a new policy standard and policies are only effective after 3 months. I am furious as I was paying for three months to be informed my policy is not active. What was communicated to me in the call and my initial policy documents are not the same than what the claims department informed me. How can then change a policy standard without informing the client. Upon request to cancel my policy and to get refunded they have not assisted me in any way to my satisfactory. They are not clear in communication and I will not recommend this warranty service provider to anyone
