M-Sure Warranty claims department
This company is capable of making your life difficult during a claim stage. They will come up with all sorts of excuses just to avoid settling your claims let alone taking you from pillar to post. Some call centre personnel are rude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm glad that the term of my policy with them is coming to an end.
