M-Sure underhanded and *****ed dealings

I took out a warranty and warranty top up when I purchased used VW touran vehicle last year. All was well until I had a problem with the water pump couple of weeks ago. I took the car in to a VW workshop in the pretoria area. The pump was replaced I collected the car on a Thursday (26/09/2019). On Saturday(28/09/2019), the car had problem with clutch I then called M-Sure to alert them of the problem. I was advice to call on monday ( 30/09/2019) morning since the worksops were closed. I did call as advice, the car was towed to a VW workshop. The inspection was done to ascertain the extent of the problem. After the report from the dealer, M-Sure told the VW rep in charge of my vehicle that it wont pay as the problem was due to wear and tear. So my question is why the underhanded dealings? Ofcourse they will wear and tear, it is a used vehicle for crying out loud. Now I have to find R15 900 because this ****** are refusing to pay for a policy that I have paying premiums towards all along. This is the worst thievery corporation I have ever experienced.
